We are a leading Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality drugs for various medical conditions. As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage finances including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Oversee human resources including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a business administration role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of finance, human resources, and administrative functions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
