Customer Experience Executive

**Job Description**:

- Primarily to handle all enquiries, feedbacks, disputes, and customer complains on the e

software.
- Provide good customer service from delivering information to resolving the issue in a

professional manner on all the products and services offered on the platform.
- Develop and implement workflows to handle complaints from customer, consultants,

healthcare partners and vendors.
- Working with the operations team to resolve any issues/disputes/refunds.
- Investigate root cause of the issue and propose action plan and solutions to improve the

processes.
- To coordinate with the operations team on logistics issues.
- Prepare weekly reports to track dispute cases on CRM software.
- Make and receive calls to attend to any queries pertaining to customers and/or vendors.
- Responding promptly to inquiries on the platform and resolving any issues via calls
- To support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the head of Operations department.

**Requirements**:
A diploma or degree in Business and Retail Management, Hospitality Management or related

field.

At least 2 years of work experience in customer support.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS office and customer service software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
