Sales Executive

Represent the Company and the Builder as a Sales Executive in selling our Apartment projects.
- Calling and identifying prospective clients and inviting them to visit our sites.
- Meeting the client in office/ site / or a mutually agreed location present the offered apartment.
- Negotiate and close the sales at the given rate.
- Generate revenue on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade prospects.
- Strong negotiator and closer, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
