**Title**: Customer Support Intern

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and ambitious Customer Support Intern with strong communication skills and confidence. **Tenure**: 3-Months Internship

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a foundational understanding of company products and services.
- Assist in providing quick, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including questions on orders, quotes, product issues, and general inquiries.
- Support ticket management, ensuring written communication is clear and customer-friendly.
- Meet personal and team targets by learning to explain the benefits of company services and identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduates in any field with a keen interest in customer support.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn negotiation and client interaction techniques.
- ** Ability to work from the office (WFO) in Noida Sector 2.**
- Availability for a rotational shift schedule.
