**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients, from initial inquiry through event execution, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, collaborating with the culinary and events teams to develop customized menus, layouts, and timelines that meet the client's vision and budget.

Logistics Management: Coordinate all logístical aspects of catering events, including staffing, equipment rental, transportation, and setup/breakdown, ensuring that all elements are executed with precision and professionalism.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menus for catering events, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.

Budget Management: Develop and manage catering budgets for each event, including cost estimates, pricing proposals, and ongoing financial tracking to ensure profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts for goods and services as needed to support catering operations.

Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards for all catering operations, ensuring that food quality, presentation, and service exceed client expectations and align with our brand standards.

Staff Training and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service and represent us with professionalism and integrity.

Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to promote catering services, identify new business opportunities, and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in catering management or event planning, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to accommodate client schedules and event needs.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as industry best practices for catering operations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
