Overview:The CateringAnalyst Airlines plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth andefficient operation of catering services for an airline. This roleinvolves analyzing catering operations optimizing resources andmaintaining high standards of service quality to meet the uniquerequirements of inflight catering for the airlineindustry.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withairline catering teams to analyze and forecast catering demandbased on flight schedules.
  • Optimize cateringresources to ensure costeffective solutions without compromisingservice quality.
  • Conduct data analysis toidentify trends and opportunities for improving cateringoperations.
  • Develop and maintain relationshipswith catering suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery ofcatering services.
  • Monitor and evaluatecatering performance metrics and implement improvements wherenecessary.
  • Coordinate with internalstakeholders to align catering services with airline standards andrequirements.
  • Contribute to menu planning anddevelopment based on customer preferences and dietaryrequirements.
  • Support the implementation oftechnology solutions to improve catering logistics andoperations.
  • Assist in resolving cateringrelatedissues and complaints from airline passengers andcrew.
  • Ensure compliance with food safetyregulations and standards in cateringoperations.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Hospitality Aviation Management or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in catering operationspreferably within the airline industry.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpretdata and make strategicrecommendations.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams andstakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability inforecasting and demand planning for cateringservices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis toolsand software with a keen attention todetail.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulationsand industry standards for inflightcatering.
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset witha focus on delivering highqualitysolutions.
  • Ability to adapt to fastpaced anddynamic airline cateringenvironments.
  • Experience in supplier managementand negotiation for cateringservices.
