The company has followed a two pronged strategy – rapidly increasing its bouquet of resorts to provide more variety in holidaying options and enhancing its service levels to its members to provide delight at every point of interaction.
All MHRIL resorts are totally geared to cater to a variety of holiday needs and experiences in all areas of operation, from housekeeping to food & beverage to holiday activities. Creating and managing the holiday experience is a core strength.
Apart from the exquisite resorts operations, MHRIL also has a strong network of sales teams spread across length and breadth of India and abroad for acquisition of newer members. The two customer facing business units are centrally supported by corporate enablers to provide its members with world class hospitality and memorable holiday experiences during their association with MHRIL.
Job Description: -
Proactively analyse data using statistical methods to answer key questions from stakeholders
Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Prepare and deliver insightful business performance reporting such as operational dashboards, performance scorecards, and daily/weekly/monthly operational results and provide recommendations for improving the process/system.
Translate unstructured business problems into well-defined machine learning projects
Design and implement highly machine learning models for predicting various outcomes
Out of self-initiated curiosity, with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity across various business processes
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Be an active part of organizational analytics processes
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Desired Qualifications :- Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics (M.Sc./MBA Preferrable)
Experience :- 4+ years in the field of Analytics
Skills required :-
Proficient in SQL Queries and Excel Functions.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, Python, R, SPSS, SAS, etc) is required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with BI technologies
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
