- Responsible for managing the Travel Desk for the organization.
- Taking requirements from business related to travel and servicing them within the agreed timelines
- Co-ordinating with travel partners to ensure on-time booking of flights, cars and hotels within stipulated budgets
- Ensure partner invoices are correctly raised and cleared with the Finance team within agreed timelines
- Responding to employee’s travel related queries.
- Should be a Graduate.
- Good communication, verbal and written.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Travel desk.
