**Job Role : Travel Desk Cum Admin Officer**
**Location : Kanjurmarg**
**Experience : 3 -5 Years**
**Salary : 25k to 30k**
**End-to-End Travel Management**
Responsible for managing all aspects of travel plans for domestic and international trips, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
**Vendor Negotiation**
Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best rates and deals for travel services each time there is a travel occurrence
**Visa Handling**
**Forex and Travel Insurance**
Arrange foreign exchange and travel insurance for employees traveling internationally, ensuring compliance with company policies
**Ground Transportation Arrangement**
Organize ground transportation for employees traveling across global locations as per business needs, ensuring timely and efficient travel arrangements.
**Incoming Travel Requests**
Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow, providing necessary assistance and support to employees.
**Communication Skills**
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, while interacting with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders
**Microsoft Excel Proficiency**
Possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel to manage travel-related data, generate reports, and analyze travel expenses effectively.
**Monthly Travel MIS Generation**
Generate monthly travel Management Information System (MIS) reports, highlighting overall travel spends, vertical-wise spends, and detailing spends made under various categories.
**Travel Advisory Monitoring**
Keep a close watch on travel advisories issued from time to time, ensuring the safety and security of traveling employees.
**Compliance Enforcement**
Ensure compliance with all aspects of travel procedures, including company policies, travel regulations, and budgetary constraints.
**Flexibility**
Be flexible with work hours to accommodate travel needs and emergencies outside regular office hours.
**PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS**
**Education/Qualification/Training**
1. Previous experience in a similar role with expertise in end-to-end travel management.
2. Experience in negotiating with travel vendors and managing travel budgets effectively.
4. Familiarity with foreign exchange and travel insurance processes.
5. Demonstrated experience in organizing ground transportation arrangements across global locations.
6. Experience in communicating with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and management.
7. The ability to quickly assess and resolve travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations or changes in itinerary, is valuable in this role.
