**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and **welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly** and professional demeanor.
- **Manage the front desk, answer and direct phone calls, and handle general inquiries**.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- **Manage incoming and outgoing mail **and courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with **administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.**:

- Provide support to other departments as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive**, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- **Professional appearance and attitude**.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
