Night Shift: 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM (IST)

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (IST)

**About Client**

Our Client is a leading hospitality company in Oceania Region with 40+ years of association with global hotel brands including IHG, Accor & Hilton.

Their investment & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.

**About the Role**

Your role will involve providing live support to the sales team at various stages of client acquisition process. This includes presales support for leads and follow up, Sales support for contracts and closure, ongoing Contract Management & Analytics.

You should be able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support the sales team.

**KRAs**

**Pre-Sales**
- Lead Generation Support
- Data mining for right POCs.
- Sales Leads follow up & query responses
- Social media review responses
- Prepare RFP’s, Group quotes, Site Inspection and administrative reports for Sales team
- Support for rate-contracts target accounts

**Sales**
- Data Collation & Support to the Sales team
- Contract drafting/modifications
- Follow up & Closure
- Identify cross-selling & upselling opportunities
- Acquire low-volume, dynamic rate accounts

**Aftersales & Contract Management**
- Coordinate with the Sales team for recording/uploading, retrieval, modifications, renewals & terminations of contracts in timely manner
- Maintaining Client Database & Contracts in **Delphi ®**:

- Draft Travel Agent Contracts
- Identify low-volume contracts & contact them for additional feedback
- Work on dynamic rate contracts

**Analytics**
- Continual analysis of Sales data & stats
- Monitor room night production in correlation to the contract
- Periodic Production reporting & analysis for Sales Managers.

**General**
- Market research
- Budgeting & Forecasting support

**Required**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in Hotel Sales or Reservations
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Independently handle and delivery client priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows

**Preferable**:

- Having an experience at working on Delphi® FDC, Salesforce based CRM’s, Opera® PMS or other Property Management Systems

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
