**Job Title**
Sales Executive/ Technical Sales Executive
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products being offered. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
**Sales and Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify and reach out to new prospects, explain product offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
**Customer Needs Analysis**: Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and technical needs. Provide customized solutions based on the analysis of customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
**Technical Support**: Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical support team. Address customer queries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance existing products or develop new ones.
**Eligibility**
Graduation in Chemical Engineering / Paint Technology etc
Should have experience of at least 0-3 years in specialty chemicals, dyes & pigments etc
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Basic Knowledge
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
