We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Intern to join our team at Webeaz Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance with our IT software products. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in customer service within the IT industry, as well as exposure to various aspects of our software solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development and quality assurance, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
