Zahra Tours and Travels is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Holidays Intern to join our team in Calicut. This internship opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about the travel industry, seeking hands-on experience, and willing to contribute to creating memorable holiday experiences for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and promoting holiday packages, considering customer preferences and market trends.
- Conduct research on popular tourist destinations, accommodations, and activities to enhance our holiday offerings.
- Support the reservations and bookings process for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for promotional materials and social media.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and updates to provide relevant information to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel and a keen interest in exploring new destinations.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
