**Job Details**:
- Position**:BDE IT Sales**:
- Location: Sec-75, Industrial Area, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab
- Education: Graduation mandatory
- Experience**:Freshers, Experienced in US Sales, IT Sales preferred**:
- Salary for Freshers: 20-30k (p.m.) and Lucrative Incentives
- Salary for Experienced: 25-35k (p.m.) and Lucrative Incentives
- 5 days working, Full time, Work from Office
- Fixed Night Shifts (5:30 pm to 2:30 am)
- Free Cabs and Meal facilities for the Employees (Free Savings of 7-8k per month)
**Mandatory skills**:
- Must have the experience of handling US Clients
- Must have good convincing skills
- Fluent in English Speaking
- Patience and flexibility
- Eager to learn new things
- Good convincing skills
- Polite and Humble
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- To deal with the US Clients and customers
- Target the US audience and do good efforts to grow business
- Pitch the CRM, ERP, HRM and US Logistics softwares in US market
- Generate sales by pitching softwares and Digital Marketing services
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success.
- Coordinating with the BDM to ensure projects are going smoothly.
- Business analysis for the client's requirements and further pitching them for work.
