The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities to drive revenue and growth for the company. With expertise in online freelancing platforms like Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and Freelancer, the BDE leverages these platforms to expand the company's client base, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies.
- Identify potential clients, industries, and niches with high growth potential.
- Analyze data from freelancing platforms to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and approach potential clients on Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and updates.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address client needs and preferences.
- **Proposal Development and Negotiation**:
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotes to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to develop customized proposals and solutions.
- **Account Management and Growth**:
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services to existing clients.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of service delivery.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to optimize performance.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using freelancing platforms like Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,851.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
