**Sales Executive/ Sr Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive/ Sr Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Must have knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and experience in building and handling a large sales team.
- Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance discussions regularly.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree preferred Practice and Other Requirements.**
- **Must have experience as a Sales executive/ Sr Sales Executive/ Sale’s Manager role in Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi NCR (Residential / Commercial projects).**
- **Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.**
- **Ability to engage and collaborate with others commitment to provide the best customer service.**
- **A pro-active mind-set, with strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner.**
- **Cost consciousness, in line with our culture of being economic value creators.**
- **Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.**

**Position - Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive**

**Salary: Fixed Compensation INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month (Depends on your interview and experience)**
