**Real Estate Sales Manager Job Description**:

- **Skills Required**_

**Business acumen - An understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales is important for sales managers. They must think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a manager mindset.**

**Communication skills - The ability to listen to and speak with clients is essential for effective sales managers.**

**Team management - It is the responsibility sales manager to oversee the sales and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met.**

**Performance management - Managers must plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.**

**Responsibility deliverable**

Setting up client Property visit

Fix a Day, Date, Time to Inspect the proposed property with client.

Accompany with clients for property visits.

Act as a Bridge between client and the developer.

Regular follow ups

Connecting clients with the financial advisers for Housing loan.

Registering Client details in CRM system and with respective developers as well.

Co-ordinate with the client & ensure for a happy booking.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
