We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring customers feel valued and heard.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers. Gain insights into their preferences, needs, and feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their overall experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services. Communicate product features, benefits, and updates to customers, aiding them in making informed decisions.

Documentation: Record customer interactions, feedback, and queries accurately in our CRM system. Utilize this data for analysis and continuous improvement of service quality.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and support, to address customer needs and contribute to an integrated customer experience.

Customer Feedback: Gather and convey customer feedback to relevant teams. Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing improvements and enhancements.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices. Strive for personal and professional growth to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Officer or similar role with a focus on customer engagement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Empathetic and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to remain composed and patient in challenging situations.

Strong problem-solving skills, displaying creativity in finding effective solutions.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and related tools.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to both on-site and remote work arrangements.

Flexibility for potential work in different time zones.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
