Roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to meet client objectives and requirements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, target audiences, and competitors to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand positioning in order to formulate effective marketing strategies.
- drive relevant traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- engage with target audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 06 months of experience in marketing, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, techniques, and best-practices.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Experience working with clients from various industries and sectors is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field A master’s degree is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
