**What you will do**:
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's marketing strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that promote our electrolyzers in B2B segment, PSUs, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and communication skills will contribute to the achievement of our marketing objectives.
- **Strategy creation** - Develop and execute comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategies, oversee the development of brand narratives, craft go-to-market plans, demand generation initiatives, and brand enhancement strategies. Building an engagement strategy that pushes customers through the funnel by providing fully tailored and personalized solutions relevant for their businesses.
- **Programs execution**:
- **Events execution**: Oversee the end-to-end participation in targeted B2B marketing events, trade fairs etc. Own the program planning, agenda, content and drive it towards success.
- **Data-driven approach**:
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and track the performance of marketing programs. Develop actionable insights to drive strategy refinements and improvements.
- **Client accounts growth** - Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth within the existing client base, working closely with the business development team to secure additional projects and help identify the best value proposition and effective selling strategy.
**Job Requirement**
**Skills you will need**:
- Must have:
- 4 years of B2B marketing experience in the tech sector.
- Outstanding communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Previous experience within marketing agencies, with a diverse portfolio of clients, is a HUGE Plus.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with the capacity to craft compelling content.
- Should have:
- An unwavering commitment to deadlines, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, all underscored by effective time management skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads and fuel growth
- Nice to have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you are a charismatic, people-person that has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment.
- Passion for climatetech and knowledge of green hydrogen markets and competitive landscape.
