**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with leads to understand their real estate requirements and preferences.
- Assess the viability of leads based on established criteria.
- Qualify leads and pass on high-potential prospects to the sales team.
- Stay updated on the company's real estate offerings, pricing, and available properties.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and features of the properties to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client interactions to enhance overall sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

**Qualification**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate industry or other filed pre sales experience is also accepted.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
