Job Title: Voice Process Associate (US Accent)

Location: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (aligning with US working hours)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from US-based customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a neutral to US accent throughout interactions to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams in accordance with company guidelines.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, and first-call resolution.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics or scenarios.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory: Fluent in English with a neutral to US accent.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in a voice-based customer service role, preferably serving US customers.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Personal Attributes:

- Patient and empathetic when dealing with difficult situations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate and timely responses.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
