Radiometer is one of 6 companies in the Diagnostics segment. The companies within this segment offer a broad range of analytical instruments, reagents, consumables, software and services used to diagnose diseases and make treatment decisions in histopathology labs, hospitals and other critical care settings.

**Location - Mumbai**

Sales Representatives at Radiometer Medical is responsible for selling our Blood Gas Analysers, Immunoassay Analysers for critical cardiac and infection markers, blood gas samplers, quality controls, IT solutions and transcutaneous monitoring systems for blood gas to new prospective customers and monitor and grow consumables revenue from existing customers. Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with and demonstrating our equipment and tests to Laboratory Managers, ICU intensivists, Cardiologists, Biomedical Engineers and Respiratory Therapy Managers in Hospitals, Universities, and Reference Laboratories with the main objective of growing sales in the region.

**In The Field Sales Representative role you will**:

- Make sales calls to decision makers in prospective Hospitals, Universities, and Reference Laboratories to:

- Demonstrate equipment and build value
- Close new accounts to grow territory revenue
- Cross-sell additional product
- Maintain CRM database with accurate profiles, notes, and opportunity pipeline information.
- Work as a team directly for the region.
- Be trained to fully understand Blood Gas Analyzer market, gaining knowledge of all Radiometer Medical products and competitors.
- Understand the problems our customers have and how we can solve them.
- Meet the Channel Partners and collaborate with them for business development.
- Track the consumable business for the assigned installed base of Radiometer Medical products.
- Work extensively on installations in Government Hospital for demand generation & order fulfilment.
- Provide breakdown service in the case of Service Engineer not being available.

**What you need to succeed?**
- Possess 2+ years of sales and/or applicable business experience preferred.
- Have an understanding of the human diagnostic market and/ or experience in healthcare or scientific industry a plus.
- Be highly motivated and ambitious.
- Highly effective communication skills including writing, listening and questioning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Capability to absorb and articulate technical information.
- Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Travel**: 10-14 days travel in a month within the state or neighboring state as assigned from time to time.
