**Responsibility**
- As a Customer Experience Delivery Executive - he/she ensures a world-class experience for every customer visiting the Sales Galleries
- Ensures a welcoming and energetic environment at the site and supports the sales function (for all activations and launches)
- Maintaining all stock inventory & implements processes for smooth operations
- Handle all manpower requirements/vendor management pertaining to site operations
- Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal departments to support/implement sales processes and maintain the Sales Centre
- Support all PRL events & launches across sites
- Accepting a high degree of responsibility for all team members & service departments accountable for the site sales operations
