At least 2-3 years of Zendesk or any SaaS based ticketing portal admin experience - Experience in Implementation or Maintenance of Zendesk Portal/Chat/Messaging Configuration - Experience in creating Zendesk Brands/Groups/Ticket Forms/Organization, User and Ticket fields - Experience in creating Macros/Triggers/Automations and Webhooks - Experience in Zendesk Guide/Help Centre Customizations - Any experience with navigating and updating legacy HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Zendesk Admin Certifications is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹670,578.60 - ₹870,999.03 per year
