**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
2. The Telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
3. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
4. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
5. Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
6. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
7. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
8. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
**9. **Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
**Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable**
**recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.**
**Requirements**:
1. Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Must have strong analytical skills, able to work with mínimal supervision, and be highly motivated.
3. Have the ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
4. Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
5. Maintain strong decision-making skills. Dedication to continuous improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
