**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month + Good Incentives

**Experience Required**: 5 to 8 years

**Sales Unit Target**: Minimum ₹95 lakh to ₹1 crore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets of ₹80 lakh to ₹1 crore.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and real estate professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Delhi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
