**Description**:
We are looking for a motivated intern to assist our Product & Growth team in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption, retention & revenue. This role is centered around **driving customer campaigns to increase adoption and impact revenue as a metric**.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns aimed at increasing product usage (especially in driving B2B2C initiatives).
- Utilize product analytics tools like PostHog to track and analyse user behaviour, product usage patterns (DAU/MAU), and feature level adoption metrics.
- Generate reports and document insights to inform decision-making processes related to product growth initiatives.
- Work with the Tech team to drive experiments based on customer insights derived through data to improve feature adoption/ usage.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights (proficient at Excel/ sheets).
- Not a must, but preferable: familiarity with tools such as customer.io, Intercom, PostHog, Google Analytics, or similar analytics and communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be creative - good with content & design perception.
