We are looking for resilient, empathic, and dynamic Interns who can further satisfy our current sales needs and expand our business. As a Growth Intern, your primary focus will be to retain existing customers and extensively research to generate credible leads and contribute to the growth of our company.

Roles and Responsibilities:Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Promote and market e2eHiring through extensive cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective customers who can be Institutions and Corporate from PAN India.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

You will develop a strategic partnership with key internal and external stakeholders including C-level executives.

Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may interest clients.

Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Equipping oneself with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for clients

Attend meetings and take notes as necessary

Meet/Exceed sales revenue targets.

Required Skills:Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Neat, well-groomed appearance.

Should be flexible in working hours.

Great networking and negotiating skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Desired Skills:Prior experience in sales and marketing of SaaS products as an Intern will be an added advantage.

Knowledge about any CRM platform is a plus.

Any additional certification in social media marketing
