**‍ The role**:
Reporting to Head of APAC, the intern will co-own the business goals of the assigned market, driving deliverables from a marketplace operations standpoint & support growth team agenda for the region through:

- **Documentation**: Build, Maintain & Monitor status tracker for an array of micro-projects tied up to_ _week on week business decisions / initiatives & ensure the Business Teams are on track to meet the set periodical goals.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance to quality & timelines, driving tasks to closure with accuracy & speed to maximize sales and operational efficiencies.
- **Process Optimization**:Translate learnings into actionable insights. Evaluate process gaps, recommend improvements, measure impact of process upgrades, integrate feedback & crystalize best practices, workflows that positively impact overall ability of the organization to achieve its business goals & objectives.

The intern will be expected to work out of our Bengaluru office, hence should be either based locally, or willing to relocate to Bengaluru for the internship duration.

- You will be fully involved in the business decision making process & actively engaged with leadership in weekly business review meetings.
