- Role : Incidnet Management Analyst- Location : Bangalore
- Primary Skills: Incidnet Management, ITIL Foundation (desired), Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
Purpose:

Single point of contact for one or more Incidnets
To analyse root cause, identify Known Error and coordinating actions to fix the error.
To be proactive in identifying Incidnets, analyse and recommend Service Improvement plans with the possible solutions obtained from technical teams for department or business unit
Key Responsibilities
Prevents the replication of Incidnets across multiple systems
Monitors the effectiveness of error control and makes recommendations for improvements
Maintains inventory of Incidnets under analysis and their current progress and status
Follows up issues and progress with Incidnet owners where necessary
Updating KEDB
Coordinates meetings to resolve Incidnets
Prevents recurrence of issues by identifying root cause and implementing fix
Work with all internal technical teams, Service Management and external stakeholders like customer and 3rd party
Drive all Incidnets towards root cause identification and permanent fix
Need to have innovative approach as Incidnets are unique and need to use different RCA techniques
Good Interpersonal skills and organizational skills

Educational Qualifications, Professional Certifications:

Any Graduation
ITIL foundation certified (desired)**Specialization Description**
- Responsible for major IT systems incident management from initiation until an acceptable work-around is in place or resolved. Coordinate appropriate resources to resolve critical incidents in accordance with service level agreements and operational level agreements. Own all communication during a major system outage, ensuring IT management and the businesses are kept updated until the incident is resolved. Coordinate, manage and keep chronology of events during incident management conference calls. Update the incident reporting systems with resolution information, liaise with problem management on detection of potential trends; driving down repeat, service impacting failures.

Setting the day-to-day operational objectives for the team. Applies a broad knowledge within a given job area facing typically difficult but not complex problems.
