JOB DESCRIPTION OF ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms
- Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
- Managing all post, courier records i.e., inwards, and outward both
- Managing and cheeking CCTV cameras
- Handling Travel arrangements for Management
- Greeting all visitors
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Assisting with mail as required
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintenance of Stationary and other inventory.
- Supervising House keeping staff
- Cleanliness of the area
Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:
- Should have minimum 3-5 years experience as receptionist

CTC- 3 to 3.5 Lakhs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
