Job Description:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overlooking all administrative duties like office operations, facilities management, and compliances.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a background in Office Administration. The ideal candidate will have between 2-3 years of experience in office management, facilities management, and administrative support. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to manage office operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

•Providing administrative support: Bill payments, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining records 

•Coordinating office events and meetings: Managing agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management, manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution of office functions

•Maintaining office equipment and supplies: Keeping accurate stock of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, and repairing/placing orders when needed 

•Supervise maintenance activities to maintain a productive work environment

•Handling data entry, updating computer records using a database, printing and photocopying, and ordering office supplies 

•Handling file management, preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form 


Skills and qualifications

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

•Familiarity with office management procedures 

•Bachelor’s degree in any stream, preferably commerce.

•Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy, time management and problem solving.


Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region
