Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai, India Job Type: (Full-Time 9am to 7 pm) Industry: (Medical & Industrial Gas Supplies) Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily activities. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, assisting with HR tasks, and supporting various departments to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and documents. Assist with employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and HR administrative tasks. Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized, managing office space and cleanliness. Support finance and accounting departments with invoicing, budgeting, and office-related expenses. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for office services, including maintenance, equipment, and office supplies. Assist with employee payroll, benefits, and other office-related administrative tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure proper record-keeping. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines). Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
