About the Position:
The Workday Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and administering companywide Workday system that enables the organization to be efficient and effective. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the systems including user provisioning and de-provisioning, problem identification and resolution, patching and release management, and the production of metrics relating to system usage, uptime and availability.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Work closely the Workday Project Manager to help drive the successful implementation and utilization of Workday throughout all of AML Right Sources Global Locations
- Respond quickly to complex situations by researching and resolving HRIS problems such as unexpected results or workflow flaws
- Carry out testing activities and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Manage system upgrades and ensuring open lines of communication with all Workday users
- Develop and implement efficient and effective business processes to capture employee data changes using HRIS systems functionality
- Perform user administration activities including adds, terminations, role changes, group membership changes, etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the systems
- Install and upgrade software and new modules
- Identify and integrate automation processes
- Troubleshoot errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT systems or infrastructure
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of processes and controls that relate to data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
- Work with business users to maintain tables, lists, reference entries and other configurable items

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Two (2) or more of experience as an Information Technology resource with experience working with Enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Working knowledge of SaaS systems and Cloud Hosted Software
- Problem solver capable of translating business needs into technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change fluidly, able to influence and identify opportunities
- System administration and IT certifications
