In this role, you will be responsible to be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.

Responsibilities

  • Support team in complex transaction processing cases and issues
  • Coordinate with CoE and retained teams on complex cases
  • Manage and administer business processes for data changes and updates
  • Supporting in User acceptance testing
  • Manage organization change communications
  • Support and manage global assignment cases (mobility) as per defined process and SOPs in alignment with CoE
  • Manage Localization, repatriation, and assignment extension in accordance with SOPs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent education
  • Relevant years of experience in HR shared services/Operations
  • Experience in managing HR processes. Understanding of Workforce data administration process (Employee Lifecycle)
  • Experience of working on HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle etc. preferably SuccessFactors
  • Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics and reports
  • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • MBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
