Customer Support Executive

**Position - Customer Support Executive**
**KRA**:
Handle an average of 60-80 telephonic calls per day, delivering outstanding customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in executing sales leads.
Help clients with their financial investments and facilitate daily transactions within designated deadlines.
Develop and foster strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call
- handling quotas.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong knowledge of products/services to enhance customer support.
Ability to oversee the customer service process and ensure its efficiency.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
