**Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist**
**Location**: Kolkata, India

The Digital Marketing Strategist at the Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND) will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across online channels. This role will play a critical role in expanding the reach and impact of IND's initiatives and programs related to neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism and developmental delays.
**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
- **Digital Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with IND's overall objectives and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure success.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow IND's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- **YouTube and Video Strategy**: Develop a YouTube strategy to increase subscriber count, views, and engagement. Create and optimize video content for maximum visibility and impact. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- **Instagram Strategy**: Develop and execute an Instagram marketing strategy to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to IND's website and other digital properties. Utilize Instagram Stories, IGTV, and Reels to showcase IND's work and connect with followers.
- **Advertising Strategy**: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, display, and search. Develop ad creative, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- **Marketing Funnel Setup**: Design and implement marketing funnels to guide prospects through the customer journey, from awareness to conversion. Optimize funnel performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
**Background and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Experience in the healthcare or education sector preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, and SEMrush.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Team player with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives through digital marketing initiatives.
