Position Summary:
We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key player in shaping the brand’s identity and driving growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that resonate with our high-end clientele. You’ll work closely with our creative and sales teams to elevate our brand presence, increase engagement, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences, and unique value propositions that align with _Mirage_’s positioning.
- Optimize digital channels, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising, to enhance reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent, on-point, and compelling across all channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement, sharing regular reports with senior leadership.
- Establish relationships with influencers, luxury partners, and media outlets to build brand credibility and increase brand visibility.
- Work with our data team to segment audiences effectively and craft personalized, targeted campaigns that enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury marketing to keep _Mirage_ at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree or specialization in luxury brand marketing is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign management. Experience with luxury or fashion brands is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems).
- Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail landscape and Indian consumer preferences.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a passion for luxury, fashion, and high-quality branding.
