**Job Title**: Marketing Strategist/Creative Strategist - Goodwysh (Luxury Gifting Brand)**

**Location**: Kolkata**

We are looking for a visionary Marketing/Creative Strategist who shares our passion and ambition to tell the Goodwysh story to the world and drive brand growth.

**About the Role**:
This isn’t just a marketing role - it’s an opportunity to lead, learn, and build alongside the founders. We’re seeking a leader, not just an executor - someone who has walked the path of building brand visibility and driving sales. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how Goodwysh reaches its audience, crafting and executing campaigns that inspire trust and spark connections. We value **execution** over ideas and need someone who can **lead teams, manage agencies**, and bring strategies to life. You should be eager to learn, adapt, and grow while making Goodwysh your own.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content & Campaigns**: Lead the creation of impactful and engaging content that resonates with our luxury audience. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and oversee our social media presence, ensuring we’re engaging our audience authentically and consistently.

**Performance Marketing**: Drive performance-based campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and sales.

**Influencer Marketing/UGC**: Identify and partner with influencers to generate authentic content that elevates our brand presence.

**Collaborations & Partnerships**: Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, complementary businesses, and other luxury brands to showcase our offerings creatively.

**Experiential Marketing**: Organize and manage experiential events and tie-ups with exhibitions to establish Goodwysh as a go-to luxury gifting brand.

**E-commerce & Q-commerce**: Optimize our presence on Google Marketplace, q-commerce platforms, and other digital channels for increased sales and visibility.
- **Team & Agency Management**: Work closely with internal teams and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while addressing challenges proactively.

**Innovative Learning**: Use AI tools, chat GPT, and upskilling platforms to refine strategies, bring fresh ideas, and execute them effectively.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:
- Proven track record of marketing leadership, preferably in a luxury or creative industry. - Hands-on experience in social media, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and event-based marketing. - Ability to manage teams and agencies, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for finding innovative ways to reach and engage target audiences. - Proficiency in using AI tools, marketing analytics, and creative platforms. - Strong understanding of collaborations, partnerships, and experiential marketing techniques. - A passion for storytelling and the drive to make a brand a household name.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
