Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:
At A2Z Jobs Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives
• Formulate long-term and short-term plans, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success
• Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital marketing department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines
• Implement and optimize processes to enhance workflow, project management, and overall operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and maximize productivity
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track the financial success of campaigns and initiatives
• Implement strategies to enhance profitability and ROI
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, transparency, and delivering exceptional results
• Lead client pitches, leveraging strategic insights and tailored solutions to secure new business opportunities
• Address client concerns promptly and work towards resolutions that enhance overall satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement career development plans for team members
• Establish and enforce quality standards for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
• Implement testing and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and achieve measurable results
• Conduct regular reviews of ongoing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms
