**Job Summary**:
As the Front Office Executive & Admin at our esteemed garment manufacturing company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk while providing essential administrative support to various departments. Your outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills will be vital in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, visitors, and employees. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual who can handle a wide range of tasks with precision and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Maintain a well-organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, oversee office maintenance and ensure a conducive working environment for employees.

Manage the scheduling and booking of meeting spaces, making sure they are ready for different events.

Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members as required.

Handle office supplies inventory, order new supplies, and maintain records of expenses.

Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors, deliveries, and employees' attendance.

Manage and update employee databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.

Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements as needed.

Assist in preparing and updating standard operating procedures for the front office and administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree, mandatory.

Proven experience in front office management and administrative support roles preferred in the manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment operation.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional and polished appearance with a customer-centric attitude.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
