Manage end to end recruitment process for a specified business unit / platform.

**Requirements**:
A management graduate in HR with 1-4 years of experience in recruitment function with a fair understanding of latest IT technologies. Must know various sourcing techniques, data driven and ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Good communication skills (oral/written), negotiation skills, stakeholder management
