**The Opportunity**

Our client is currently hiring a **Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA BP) **to join the expanding India People Experience Team.

The role of the TA BP is to is to partner with client groups to shape the growing organisation in line with the global values and culture so that we can support our clients in transforming Utilities via Cleantech. This is a key leadership role - you and your peer will be the face for the business, true salespeople who understand how to source the best talent and share the exciting opportunities we have with our clients.

**The Specifics**

Reporting into the PX Director
- India & Singapore, you will be responsible for defining and delivering on a resourcing strategy for your region. You will work with the wider talent acquisition team, PX function, marketing, and leadership to scope innovative and impactful resourcing campaigns to help us secure talent globally.

The role is an end-to-end role, - we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude as well as technical excellence will see you succeed.

You will have the full support of the Chief People Officer, Regional PX Director and all your colleagues to drive your local vision in line with the group goals and whilst no day is the same, we would expect you to provide expertise in the following:
- Understanding and shaping a resourcing strategy with the business leaders to design and implement key resourcing campaigns to deliver forecasted hires within budget and timescales.-
- Work with your peer and the marketing function to develop and promote the brand and secure roles using direct channels wherever possible, including but not exclusively, advertising, social media, LinkedIn, headhunting, referral schemes and job boards.-
- Liaise with Leaders to identify requirements, formulate JD with the support of PX Coordinator-
- Manage your metrics - tracking open roles, Time to Hire, analyze effectiveness of advertising campaigns and platforms used.-
- Leading the PX coordinator alongside the People Experience Change Lead in creating efficient business practices to ensure delivery of shared responsibilities.-
- Coaching Managers in leading and closing their recruitment strategy effectively.Management of the offer process including negotiations-
- Attendance at networking events that are industry specific to increase brand awareness within relevant talent communities.**Some**
