Cofounded by graduates from IIT KGP, DCE and IIM A, Immersive Labz works on cutting-edge medical technology specializing in creating immersive virtual reality experiences for medical professionals. We have built India’s first human size virtual human dissection table – Cadaviz. It addresses the biggest challenge in medical education around human anatomy and dissection study due to cadaver shortage.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will work on sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will own the end-to-end hiring funnel.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and other channels to schedule interviews, provide updates, and answer queries.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and professional communication and support.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and organizing recruitment-related documentation.
  • Right from thinking about the kind of folks we should hire, to writing JDs and sourcing candidates
  • You have to know how to sell You'll do the first call.


Qualifications

  • Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are humble, willing to learn
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preference Previous experience in recruitment.
  • Preference for immediate Joiner
