**Job description**
**Position**: Assistant Administrator
**Reports to**: VP of Chandi Hospitality Group
**Department**: Administration, Shared Service Department, Marketing
**Shift** : Night Shift (10:00 pm -7:00 am)

The Administrator is responsible for managing and directing a variety of activities which involves coordinating with a variety of other functions/departments to ensure that the required support is provided. Maintain relationships with internal staff, managers, external media, business, and community leaders. Responsible for promotional programming assisting the management team with strategic planning. Provides administrative support to the Admin, Vice President, Sales, Marketing, and Manager(s), under limited supervision. Insures flow and communication between corporate and brand location in relationship to the strategic plan and overarching goals.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Responsibilities for US office**
- Provides administrative support for the Admin Head
- Supports the Admin Head with day-to-day activities.
- Supports the administrator in the US and coordinates for required updates and activities.
- Responsible for scheduling staff meetings and preparing agendas.
- Handles delicate strategic transitions with confidence, confidentiality, efficiency and diplomacy.
**Responsibilities for India office**
- Works closely with the IT Support as it pertains to database management, internet providers, Website and overarching communications needs
- Works collaboratively with the office team to help train staff on office equipment and software as deemed necessary.
- Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services
- Update spreadsheets used by different departments
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments for different departments
- Assist in the administrative responsibilities or ordering the required office supplies by coordinating with different departments as per their needs
**Responsibilities - Operations**
- Task monitoring for Off-Site Team
- Roster Scheduling for both Off-Site Team and stores in the US
- Manage the daily operations of offsite team which would include attendance monitoring and training/induction of new hires
- Performance monitoring of offsite team members
- Adora training for new hires in the US (all stores)
- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly audits of the stores
- Regular check on Store Maintenance
- Act as a liaison among India office and US office
**EDUCATION TRAINING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, four to six years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information discreetly and professionally.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, G-Suite, Google docs, PowerPoint and Excel) at an intermediate level is required.
- Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda.
- Available for irregular work hours during the peak season and as required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
