Administration Assistant

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Directly assisted the Leasing Manager for Marketing and advertising.
- Minutely verifying LoIs/ MoUs, Lease agreements.
- Obtained prospects and performed cold calls for leasing opportunities.
- Coordinate and Schedule new tenant move-ins.
- Serve as liaison between owners and tenants to assist in forming an agreement.
- Working extensively with Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Administrative work (Organizing, filing, copying, etc.)
- Oversee the process of Lease Administration.
- Drafting of lease proposal for brands as per their need.
- Preparation of LoI (letter of Intent) & Lease Agreements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Schedule the meetings of staff and make the MOM’s.
- To assist Managing Director for his day to day work.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- **Excellent verbal & written English Communication Skills.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
