Role: Inside Sales Support
Experience: 3+ years
**Job Description**:
As part of Team QloudX, you will be working closely with the QloudX Director of Customer Success to create and grow the market in Nordics. With the right fortitude and results, the right person can grow into more senior roles.
Here are the main responsibilities:
- Prepare Power Point presentations for Customers & create new PPT content as needed
- Follow up on Sales leads & create visibility on needed actions
- Fill In Lead information in Salesforce
- Opportunity Status tracking. Are Opportunities in the right stage (launched, Committed etc) and have
the right information and program details
- Manage sales library and collaterals
- Send out appropriate content to customers after Sales meetings
- Schedule Appointments with sales leads
- Make (project) schedules for customers and send out Invitations
- Book findings and recommendation calls with Customers
- Send out customer announcements & manage LinkedIn posts
- Send out new marketing collaterals to various channels
Mandatory Skills Sets:
- Must have strong project management skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- An understanding of different cultures and working with virtual teams.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills Sets:
- Be interested and curious of upcoming new technologies, especially within cloud.
- Working knowledge of AWS and other public cloud vendors (non-technical).
- General cloud knowledge and how cloud can create value
