**Data Maintenance**
- Understand and update all necessary systems, trackers, details for seamless management at all times
- Regularly update and maintain the various trackers / reports / dashboards.
- Carry ownership for every MIS/Dashboards and close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved
- Prepare various Reports within relevant timelines
- Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format using advanced macros and pivot tables.
- Proven PowerPoint design skills to translate business strategy into professional presentations will be a value addition.
- Assist zonal legal team and HO on data as and when required.
- Ability to manage cases data in MS Excel.
- Ability to conduct detailed daily reconciliation to ensure no miss outs in data of legal cases received/ legal notices received at HO/Zones
- Provide various ad-hoc data/MIS/report to internal stakeholder.
- Coordinate with HO and Zonal Legal managers on legal cases.

- Database Mining, Adding and increasing the database.
- Data Collation and Management - Putting data as per structure and manage data as per pre-described formats.
- Analytic Reports and MIS - Create business intelligence reports to support Legal team.
